Summer can be a beautiful time to do beach trips, to enjoy the warm weather we know! But when you are pregnant this can be a little too much sometimes.
During pregnancy, your body temperature is higher than normal plus hormonal changes, the heat produced by the placenta.

1.Watch your salt intake
Try not to have to much salty foods, this can cause water retention in your body. Try always to have your feet up as much as you can.
2 Stay hydrated
During summer and hot weather it’s recommended to have at least 8 glasses of water a day. Please don’t wait until you feel thirsty.
3.Enjoy water
Try to do some easy workouts in a pool. It will give you energy. And keep you cool.
4.Be aware of swollen hands and feet
Consider buying a pair of shoes a size larger than you usually wear and don’t use rings. Hot weather can cause swollen hands and feet.
5.Wear comfortable clothes
Finally, try to use comfortable clothes maxi dresses and natural fabrics especially during the night.
